The writing, photography, visualisations, diagrams and layout on this site belong to Renovate and Plan unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish an article, in whole or in substantial part, on another site, in a newsletter, or as training output presented as your own work. If We Have Infringed Yours
We respect copyright and act on valid notices. If material on this site infringes a work you own, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), to our designated agent:

What a Valid Notice Must Contain
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact address of the material on this site, specific enough for us to find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two business days and to remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice promptly. An incomplete notice will be returned with a note saying what is missing. Knowingly making a false claim of infringement carries liability for damages under § 512(f).
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district of your address, or, if you are outside the United States, of any district in which we may be found.
Repeat Infringement
We terminate the accounts of contributors and commenters who repeatedly infringe copyright.
